The villa is located in the residence ATLANTIC GREEN, about 2 km from the beach and 5 km from the shops and the lake.

Also located near the golf courses of Ardilouse (18 holes) and Méjane (9 holes), Vitalparc, tennis courts, squash... 

This residence consists of individual villas with private swimming pools (open from 25/4 to 31/10 unheated, depending on the weather).

Our villa (n° 24) is ideally exposed on a plot of land of 1400 m². 

THE VILLA IS EQUIPPED WITH A NEW KITCHEN (induction hobs + oven + microwave + dishwasher + fridge-freezer + washing machine + dryer), free internet and large screen TV, ironing board + iron, covered terrace/gallery, garden furniture. 

What will you do during your holidays in Lacanau? The most difficult thing is to choose as the location is ideal and the activities are varied:

- walks on the beach or by the lake,

- safe bike rides on the many bike paths,

- golf (UCPA school, Méjanne golf course (9 holes), Ardilouse golf course (UGOLF 18 holes),

- water skiing, surfing, tennis, etc,

- visit the castles of the Médoc,

- Shopping in Bordeaux,

- Gastronomy,

- Escapades in Arcachon or Cap Ferret.
